Frequency ultra-high stabilization HeNe laser 'YS-307'
Frequency stability of 10⁻¹¹. Over 1,000 units delivered to major manufacturers as light sources for precision interferometric measurements for smartphone and automotive lenses, as well as semiconductor wafers.
The Japanese Micro Optical Device's frequency-stabilized HeNe laser series achieves frequency stability with a measurement error of 0.01 nm - 1 nm per meter. As a laser light source mounted in measurement devices for lens measurement for smartphones and automotive cameras, flatness measurement of semiconductor wafers, and birefringence measurement for photomasks and exposure equipment stepper, it has a cumulative production record of over 1,000 units for domestic and international equipment manufacturers. We offer three types of lineup according to application and precision (YS-307 / QQD / QS). The 'YS-307' utilizes the "frequency pulling phenomenon" to achieve ultra-high frequency stability of 10⁻¹¹, a frequency fluctuation width of less than 1/20 compared to competing products, and high output of 3 mW in single mode simultaneously. By locking the mode at the center of the Ne gain curve, it also achieves high frequency reproducibility upon restart in addition to high output. By adopting a two-stage stabilization control and a two-heater system, it minimizes the impact of environmental temperature changes and expands the effective operating temperature range. This maintains frequency stability even under long-term continuous operation conditions. *For more details, please download the catalog or feel free to contact us.
